THAILAND!!

We made it to Thailand!! Aashini did great on the flights! We got the bulkhead for them, so Aashini slept on the floor in front of us (her preferred place) :)
I've gotten a couple foot massages since being here - it's been great!!! Much needed!! (this picture makes me laugh :) The ladies beside us had some sort of silly putty stuff on their faces!!)
Aashini is loving the public transportation and having blast!!
She's loving her class too - she's exausted every day after a day of playing ;) I'll post more pictures soon :)

man, when I was in china and pregnant, NO ONE would massage me for fear of inducing labor. It's one of those things I was REALLY looking forward to about Asia, and I didn't get it. :( How did you convince them??

You reminded me I have a massage gift card right now, and I should schedule a pregnancy massage this week :)

Aww...a foot massage sounds great!! I love it that Aashini likes to sleep on the floor of the plane. What a laidback kid. :)

You just tell the people that you are pregnant and they dont' mess with the pressure points that could induce labor - they know what they're doing. I also know the points in case they forget or don't know what they're doing :)

yeah I'm pretty sure the massage people here are NOT that competent. :)

Aw man it looks like a blast! The group that is there is from my MOPS church- its such a small world. I can't believe A slept on the floor- but hey however she'll sleep right? Next time you go you'll have TWO babies!!!

I really don't want to say this because it's so hackneyed, but Double-A looks so adorably cute.

The eyes are so good to look at... I dunno why all orientals, aryans & dravidians usually have dark eyes...

Got any close close-ups?

Yeah, the Chinese are not into massages for pregnant women. Thai women don't seem to mind, but I also read that in the 3rd trimester you should avoid foot massages not because of inducing labor because it can cause problems with varicose veins in your legs. Since my mom and sister have trouble with them, I wasn't taking any chances!! I waited until post-delivery!

I'm so jealous you're in Thailand!!

Campa Cola & Exploring :)

Today we had some things to do in the Central part of our city, so while we were there, we decided to take on some adventures :) Adventure #1 - the underground market. This market is pretty crazy. It's actually underground and has electronics & clothes mostly. They sell things pretty cheap, so it's an interesting place to go. Today we got an 64 Gig flash drive/pen drive for about $5. Crazy hunh? Here's Adam and Aashini in one of the stores. They're all REALLY small stores - about 10x10 feet I would guess (but I'm really bad at guessing that sort of stuff :)) We go here a lot to get things, so I guess it's not a new adventure, but an adventure nonetheless. Before the next part of our adventure (the real part of our adventure) we stopped for lunch. Aashini will always eat at McDonalds, so that's where we went :) They just started selling chicken nuggets here at McDonalds, so it's super easy to get her to eat there :) This McDonald's had high chair

Starbucks!

Starbucks opened in our city last night!!  I'm not a huge coffee drinker... but I was excited about the opening!!  (I think I like Starbucks because of all the green! haha!... Aashini and Diya think the mermaid on the logo looks like me... haha! Maybe it's the weird wavy hair :)... not sure :) ) Anyway, we got there and the line was SUPER long!  The wait time was about 45 minutes!!!  There were so many people there!!!  I tried to get a pic of all the people... (that's why this picture is at an annoying angle... I was trying to get it all in in between the columns :))    Here's Aashini doing a jumping picture!!  The girls tried to do a jumping picture :) haha!  haha!  They had a few spills along the way :)  I never got them both jumping :)  Stuff for sale....  OK, one more because I think they are cute :) haha!  People waiting in line :) Some friends that made it inside! :)  We decided not to wait in line... So we'll

Funny Things - Age Appropriate?

Just wondering... but who thought that putting a HUGE Super scary picture right over the playground was a good idea??  hahahaha!!!  My kids were terrified! :) haha!
