Today, after eating lunch with some awesome people, we went to the market... Aashini had fun for some of it, but got pretty upset later in the evening - she was tired of shopping :) Mom bought some things for some people and I practiced my bargaining skills :)

Today we ventured out to the old part of the city.... First Stop... The Spice Market... We took auto rickshaws to the metro, took the metro train, then took cycle rickshaws to the spice market. It's a fun place to go. Everyone in hustling and bustling all around - it's fun! There are a lot of fun people in this market :) This guy had a good smile :) Next stop was the Friday M0sque. It's the largest M0sque in our country. It's actually one of the only M0sques that women can actually enter. We all went up to the top of the Mineret... a LOT of stairs :) It's a lot of fun and you get a great view of the old part of the city! More to come .... :)

Our good friend Rahul came by the Capital!!! Him and his wife are really good friends of ours from College (Go FSU!) and Sem (New Orleans whoo hoo!)... He was on his way to a wedding in the Eastern part of our country and stopped through the Capital for a night :) Here's a pic of him holding Aashini for the first time at his relative's house. Here's a pic of his little cousin and his Aaya (nanny). He was a cutie! This is Rahul's Auntie :) She was really nice. We love you Rahul!!! It was awesome getting to see you!!!!! Whoo hoo!!!
