Aashini is Famous!

Has Aashini already had her 15 Minutes of Fame ?
I got an email from a friend the other day telling me that Aashini's picture with Tim Tebow was on the Sports Illustrated website... so of course I had to go check it out :) When I checked it out, I realized that it was actually linked from another website... Two websites - pretty fun :) So, I posted this pic on my facebook and another friend told me that this pic was also on the Warchant website (FSU's sports website)... So I decided to do a Google Search and see if there were any other websites. I searched "Tim Tebow" & "baby" and came up with over 59,000 links!!!!!

I checked out a bunch of the websites and it really cracked me up... They are calling Aashini - "The Heisman Baby" :) It's pretty funny! Although half of the websites aren't very nice and are really making fun of his Crocs more than anything else, it's pretty funny that Aashini is on so many websites :) Although in a couple of places, the picture has been edited (as seen below)...(If you don't know, that's Bobby Bowden - Florida State's head coach)... Anyway, thought it was funny and thought I should pass it on :)

That is GREAT!!! How EXCITING!!! You must be so proud of your famous little baby! (She looks much better with her normal sweet face than the Bowden one!)

That's crazy!! I was going to tell you, but then thought I might have overheard the conversation wrong (but hearing about all of those links I'm guessing not!)...but when we were at the 4th of July party I overheard someone talking about the picture...they just didn't know it was you guys and you were there! That's too much fun!

That is awesome! Forget seeing famous people in Chiang Mai...you ARE famous people! Haha.
That is so exciting!!! At least it was a gator like Tebow and not one like, say, Spurrier!

That is so cool! I don't think Aashini has had her 15 minutes yet, with her personality? No way!!!

Some of those links are kind of bad (and mean too!) But, who cares! I love it!!!

That is really awesome!!! Our greatest newsworthy achievement is that Jeremy is running around in front of our house in a 5 second clip that lots of CBS local news uses to talk about the housing market all over Florida.

How cool! We knew she had "famous" running through her genes! Watch out when you return to America, everyone's gonna want a picture with that Heisman Baby, maybe even the strangers in the airport!

Campa Cola & Exploring :)

Today we had some things to do in the Central part of our city, so while we were there, we decided to take on some adventures :) Adventure #1 - the underground market. This market is pretty crazy. It's actually underground and has electronics & clothes mostly. They sell things pretty cheap, so it's an interesting place to go. Today we got an 64 Gig flash drive/pen drive for about $5. Crazy hunh? Here's Adam and Aashini in one of the stores. They're all REALLY small stores - about 10x10 feet I would guess (but I'm really bad at guessing that sort of stuff :)) We go here a lot to get things, so I guess it's not a new adventure, but an adventure nonetheless. Before the next part of our adventure (the real part of our adventure) we stopped for lunch. Aashini will always eat at McDonalds, so that's where we went :) They just started selling chicken nuggets here at McDonalds, so it's super easy to get her to eat there :) This McDonald's had high chair

Starbucks!

Starbucks opened in our city last night!!  I'm not a huge coffee drinker... but I was excited about the opening!!  (I think I like Starbucks because of all the green! haha!... Aashini and Diya think the mermaid on the logo looks like me... haha! Maybe it's the weird wavy hair :)... not sure :) ) Anyway, we got there and the line was SUPER long!  The wait time was about 45 minutes!!!  There were so many people there!!!  I tried to get a pic of all the people... (that's why this picture is at an annoying angle... I was trying to get it all in in between the columns :))    Here's Aashini doing a jumping picture!!  The girls tried to do a jumping picture :) haha!  haha!  They had a few spills along the way :)  I never got them both jumping :)  Stuff for sale....  OK, one more because I think they are cute :) haha!  People waiting in line :) Some friends that made it inside! :)  We decided not to wait in line... So we'll
